Pipeline Products

Castings Services has a designated pipeline division which specialises in ductile iron pipes and fittings for use in the water and waste water industry. Large stocks of pipes and fittings are held in our Manchester depot and can be dispatched throughout the UK and abroad.

Ductile iron fittings, both flanged and socket are held in stock up to 900mm in diameter and can be supplied in both EN545 and EN598 finishes.

Flanged, Socket and Spigot pipe with EN545 and EN598 finishes are held in stock up 300mm diameter in standard lengths and can be cut to size as required. Larger diameter and fabricated steel pipes are available on request.

We stock a full range of Viking Johnson flange adaptors and couplings, including FlexLock®, MaxiFit®, AquaFast® and AquaGrip® product ranges. We also carry bolt sets, flanged and tyton gaskets, electro-fusion fittings and various other ancillary products in stock for immediate dispatch.

Our highly trained and knowledgeable staff are on hand to deal with any requirement you may have. A full technical service including drawing interpretation is available from our Pipeline Office.
